Please include the following information in any help requests, or bug reports, you send:

• The version of Windows you are using (95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP)
• The version of Internet Explorer you are using
• Some details about your computer (Processor, Memory etc.)
• The EXACT problem - we cannot help you if you are too vague in describing the problem
• If it is a bug report, the exact steps to reproduce the problem.

Please remember, that we can get a lot of e-mails so please allow use a couple of working days to get back to you. If your problem is urgent, we will try and get in touch as quickly as possible.
